We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our patients while maintaining the efficiency of our services. Below are our cancellation and refund guidelines:
Same-Day Cancellations (End of Business Day)

Appointments booked and paid by card can be canceled on the same day of purchase.

If the cancellation request is made before our payment processor (Bold.co) closes its daily batch, we are able to void the transaction entirely, meaning the charge will never settle on your card.

Once Bold.co closes the batch, we are no longer able to void the transaction. In these cases, we will issue a credit toward a future appointment. Please note this is only because our payment processor does not allow us to process refunds once a batch has closed.
Cancellations After the Business Day Window

If you need to cancel your appointment after the same-day window, you must notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

This allows us to coordinate a reschedule or apply a credit toward future appointments.
No-Show or Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling within the allowed notice period (12+ hours) ensures your credit is applied to the new appointment.
