My husband and I arrived for a long-term stay in Colombia and other countries in South America, and discovered when we arrived we brought an incorrect amount of medication. We also needed a significant amount of travel advice since we were going to be at several different elevations at different times, from sea level to 5,000 meters, and several elevations in between. I can't say enough about how much Dr. Franco and her team helped. Dr. Franco walked through all of our medications and provided prescriptions for those we needed for our 88 days in South America. She also walked through each of our destinations and gave us medication prescriptions for altitude sickness prevention and seasickness prevention. She also reviewed all of our vaccines with us to make sure all were up to date, and covered important disease prevention information with us. She reviewed our medical histories as part of our consultations and wrote a very informative note at the end.
Dr. Franco and her team was also spectacular. Their attention to detail with arranging our appointment, reminding us, making sure all the logistics were proactively attended to, and following up to make sure all of our prescriptions were filled was beyond our hopes and expectations. We would not hesitate to consult with Doctors for Expats again if the need arose. Thanks to your team for making our rather complex situation turn out to be so well-managed.
